Job Summary
As an arenaflex Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll be responsible for preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers with exceptional support experiences. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, providing exceptional support experiences
- Prevent issues and solve queries related to orders, products, payments, and website guidance
- Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service experience; experience in a call center or retail environment a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of Amazon products and services (arenaflex is a leading innovator in the industry)
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping
- Certification in customer service or a related field
