The Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing guidance on fit, fashion trends, product availability, and special offers. You'll also be responsible for resolving post-order issues related to delivery, billing, and shipping. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a problem-solver, a communicator, and a team player who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
* Respond to presale inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing guidance on fit, fashion trends, product availability, and special offers
- Address and resolve post-order issues related to delivery, billing, and shipping
- Utilize a range of software tools to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with outside shipping contractors to resolve international customer concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their shopping journey
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve department goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, fashion trends, and customer service best practices
Requirements
* High school graduation or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in retail, service, or customer service industries
- Proficient in basic math, with the ability to compute refunds, apply discounts, and calculate percentages
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings
- A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
- Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer
Preferred Qualifications
* Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian
- Experience working in a luxury fashion or e-commerce environment
- Knowledge of fashion trends, styles, and designers
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field

Work Environment

Total Compensation
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market.
