Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex Customer Support Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide solutions to customers regarding prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail order services
- Offer personalized support to customers to improve their healthcare experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Work in a flexible and adaptable environment, with opportunities to work from home
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette and conflict resolution
Preferred Qualifications
