Experienced Senior Analyst – Air Terminal Client Assistance (ACS) Asset Arranging

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our ACS Asset Arranging team. As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for driving business outcomes by leveraging data analysis, predictive modeling, and process improvement techniques. Your expertise will help us optimize our asset utilization, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement predictive models and analytics to proactively identify ACS setting up needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address these needs

• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving asset utilization and efficiency
• Develop and present reports and findings to senior leaders, including the ACS Asset Arranging team and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and project management initiatives
• Develop and maintain complex reports and investigations, including data visualization and scientific storytelling
• Support the development of new scientific models or alter existing ones to meet business needs
• Utilize data analysis and scientific techniques to identify business challenges, potential solutions, and trade-offs
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team and across the organization
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in ACS asset arranging and apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• 5+ years of experience in a related field, with a focus on data analysis, predictive modeling, and process improvement
• Strong business acumen, including experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and critical thinking
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations
• Experience with scientific tools, such as SQL, Python, and R, is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
• Experience with MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
• Experience working in a remote environment
