The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and text message. You'll be responsible for:

• Connecting with customers to answer their questions, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments to ensure a seamless experience
• Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to best assist the customer
• Completing administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating information in our systems
• Understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws

What We're Looking For

* High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 month of related experience (or equivalent)
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills
• Flexible work hours with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to meet minimum technology requirements (Type of internet service and speed of internet service)
• Must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
