The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and text message. You'll be responsible for:
- Connecting with customers to answer their questions, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments to ensure a seamless experience
- Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to best assist the customer
- Completing administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating information in our systems
- Understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws
What We're Looking For
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 month of related experience (or equivalent)
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills
- Flexible work hours with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to meet minimum technology requirements (Type of internet service and speed of internet service)
- Must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
