Job Summary

As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls, online communications, and other channels. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving routine problems, and providing information about various client products and services. This role requires a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, a willingness to learn and grow, and a commitment to excellence in everything you do.

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Actively listening to customers and asking questions to identify their needs
  • Advising on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure customers receive the best possible solutions
  • Processing new and/or amended enrollments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensuring that clients' customers receive authentic and positive experiences that exceed their expectations
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, even in high-pressure situations
  • Working with both English and Spanish speaking customers to provide tailored support and solutions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a similar industry or role
  • Active Personal Lines or P&C resident license (arenaflex will provide support and resources to help you obtain or maintain your license)
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English (a language proficiency test will be required as part of the hiring process)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures
  • Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Patient and empathetic nature, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain a valid U.S. address for residence

  • Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms

  • Experience with language translation or interpretation, or a background in linguistics or a related field
