Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Lead Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Verifying and managing lead records for our business development team
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Supporting business operations through effective communication and organization
- Collaborating with the business development team to drive sales and revenue growth
- Identifying and correcting subtle discrepancies to ensure data integrity
- Providing exceptional customer service to students and referral partners
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and sales
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Some College credit is required, and a college degree is a plus
- Fluent English language required, additional languages a plus
- 1-3 plus years of data entry experience preferred
- Strong work ethic with proven dependability
- Career-driven as advancement opportunities are available
- Fast-paced work environment experience
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new applications and processes
- Solid computer/internet/keyboarding skills with high-speed internet
- Ability to accurately type information
- Ability to use online search engines and digital resources to gather accurate and relevant information effectively
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including active listening skills and the ability to gather information in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
The salary for this role is $31,200 - $36,000 per year, depending on experience.
