Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Accurate keyboard and typing skills, with the ability to meet minimum requirements
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer care
- Access to high-speed internet on a personal network, with a private and patient-confidential workspace environment
