Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and offer solutions in a timely and professional manner, maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Assist with order processing, tracking, returns, and exchanges through our Shopify platform, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Utilize NetSuite for managing order data, customer information, and inventory management, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Correspond with customers through Microsoft Outlook to coordinate order-related issues and inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews on platforms, including Amazon, ensuring positive customer experiences and maintaining a strong online reputation.
- Troubleshoot product issues, guiding customers through product usage and providing helpful tips, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
* 2+ years of Amazon customer service experience is essential, with a strong understanding of Amazon's policies and procedures.
- Proficient with Shopify, Microsoft Outlook, and NetSuite, with experience in managing order data, customer information, and inventory management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be flexible with weekend availability, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Prior experience in an eCommerce or retail customer service role is preferred, with a strong understanding of the eCommerce industry and its challenges.
