We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Garden City, ID. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions to customer concerns
- Gathering and inputting data for our personal lines agents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Performing data entry to update customer records accurately and efficiently
- Conducting outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction
- Communicating effectively in English, with multilingual abilities in Spanish a plus
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong focus on phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
