You'll engage with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

* Engage with customers through online live chat, phone, and email to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is being provided to customers
• Document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
