Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing online chat support to our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team when necessary
- Utilizing knowledge base resources to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to share customer feedback and improve service quality
- Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in using chat support software and other customer service tools
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
