Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations team. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products. This is a unique opportunity to work from home, enjoy a flexible schedule, and be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of our industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and put away inventory in a timely and accurate manner

• Get customer orders ready and pack them up with precision and care
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring efficient and safe transportation
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• View prompts on screens and follow directions for tasks, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure product meets quality requirements, adhering to strict standards and guidelines
• Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)

Additional Requirements

* Lift up to 49 pounds

• Push utility carts up to 60 pounds
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

• Surroundings: You'll be working in a fast-paced environment with moving machines, order pickers, stand-up forklifts, turret trucks, and mobile carts.
• Activity: Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods, walking around, or climbing stairs.
• Temperature: Even with climate controls, temperatures can vary between 60 F and 90 F in some parts of the warehouse; on hot days, temperatures can be over 90 F in the truck yard or inside trailers.
• Noise level: It can get noisy at times, but we provide hearing protection if you need it.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or customer service role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and push utility carts up to 60 pounds
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

* Experience working in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment

• Familiarity with data entry software and systems
