As a key member of our Disney Central team, you'll play a vital role in assisting Guests with disabilities by registering them for the Disability Access Service and providing support for their accessibility needs. Your expertise in planning bookings and digital experience will ensure that our Guests have an unforgettable experience.

Job Summary

As an S&S Video Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional Guest Service and support for Guests with disabilities through our Disability Access Service
  • Registering Guests for the Disability Access Service and assisting with their accessibility needs
  • Supporting Guests with their digital experience through our website and My Disney Experience application
  • Attending a paid training class and participating in multiple performance assessments
  • Working in an inbound contact center located at arenaflex's Disney Central in Orlando or Tampa, Florida

Key Responsibilities

* Assist Guests with disabilities by registering them for the Disability Access Service and providing support for their accessibility needs

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Guests with digital experience issues
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex Guest issues and provide seamless support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Essential Qualifications

* Sales and Service Experience in a customer service or contact center environment

  • Knowledge and interest of arenaflex property, products, and services
  • Technical abilities and computer proficiency with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing
  • Strong problem-solving decision-making skills
  • Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable asking discovery questions to acquire relevant information from Guests to resolve which accessibility service(s) are the best fit or which may require further medical consultation/evaluation

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with Guests with disabilities and providing accessibility support

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's Disability Access Service and other accessibility programs
  • Experience with Guest Service Suite and other arenaflex systems and applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other teams
