Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to arenaflex clients. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Communicate Effectively: Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Learn and Follow Procedures: Familiarize yourself with arenaflex's customer service procedures and policies, and adhere to them consistently.
  • Meet and Exceed Targets: Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a drive for results.
  • Record and Organize Customer Interactions: Accurately record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services, enhancing the customer experience and driving revenue growth.
  • Schedule Call Backs and Appointments: Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring that their issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

* Previous Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing time and resources to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
