Experienced Full Stack Financial Analyst – Canadian Revenue Forecasting & Pricing Strategy Development

The Global Merchant & Network Services (GM&NS) Pricing Group at arenaflex is responsible for driving revenue from the discount business, one of the company's largest revenue sources. Our team collaborates with various business partners to determine optimal rates that encourage merchants to accept arenaflex while improving service and merchant satisfaction. By leveraging customer-centric pricing principles, flexible pricing architectures, and innovative pricing solutions, we drive GMS revenue and profit growth.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Planning and Analysis in Canada Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Creating Canadian forecasts for businesses reducing revenue, tracking monthly performance against forecast, and identifying areas of change. Develop a list of discounted business income for the Canadian region.
• Driving the design and development process across multiple regional cost groups for all relevant reporting and forecasting activities.
• Supporting external audits, including investigating issues discovered, communicating with local value team managing vendor relationships to discuss issues and work to resolve them.
• Performing ad-hoc data analysis to measure discount rates and gain insights.

Essential Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in financial assistance or business payments and/or other finance-related roles.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, business administration).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create best-in-class financial models and maximize value from large amounts of financial information.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SAS, SQL) is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong relationship management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence others in situations where goals may differ.
• Strong work ethic, with a passion for winning and a focus on excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Ability to remain calm and flexible under pressure.
