We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers and business partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing arenaflex to our customers and business partners, acquiring knowledge of our product coverage, and adhering to our departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
  • Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
  • Following up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
  • Maintaining current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and completing required continuing education courses
  • May assume other duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and business partners

  • Acquire knowledge of our product coverage and stay up-to-date on all policies, procedures, and programs
  • Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve customer service issues
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

* Minimum Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

  • Minimum Experience: 1+ years of experience preferred
  • Required Skills:

+ Computer literacy + Problem-solving and decision-making + Attention to detail + Multi-tasking + Adaptability in a fast-paced environment

  • Preferred Skills:

+ Customer service experience and/or training

Essential Functions:

* Ability to be on video call as required during working hours

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
