Remote Appointment Setter (Full Time, Work From Home) $1,000 to $3,000 per week | Cold Calling | Spot On Roofing & Exteriors MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE APPOINTMENT SETTING Spot On Roofing is expanding fast, and we’re hiring full-time remote appointment setters to fuel our national growth. This role is for experienced SDRs, BDRs, and proven cold callers who can produce consistent weekly results. What You’ll Do

• Call homeowner leads nationwide
• Set qualified appointments for our local sales teams
• Update lead status and notes using our internal software
• Track production in Excel and Google Sheets daily

What You Need

• Your own laptop and a reliable headset
• Quiet workspace and strong internet
• Excellent communication skills and comfort on the phone
• Strong experience as an SDR, BDR, cold caller, or appointment setter
• High competence with Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to follow scripts, coaching, and KPIs

Compensation

• Top performers earn $1,000 to $3,000 per week
• Commission only
• You must maintain a minimum of $500 per week in production to remain active on the team

• 100 percent remote
• Work from anywhere in the United States
• Full-time availability required
