You will report directly to the Director of Finance and be responsible for managing vendor invoices, maintaining our proprietary invoicing system, and ensuring compliance with individual client billing requirements.
Requirements
- Administer invoices for all work orders.
- Upload vendor invoices into our proprietary system.
- Communicate with vendors regarding paperwork and invoices.
- Follow all procedures for client billing requirements based on individual client specifications.
- Engage with our vendor network to discuss payments and resolve discrepancies.
Position Responsibilities
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in finance or accounting is a plus.
Additional Information
- This is a remote role with physical demands typical of office work.
- Some travel may be required.
