  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, with a focus on multitasking and task prioritization
  • Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications
  • Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
  • A high level of comfort working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A minimum of 18 years of age, with a valid background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
  • A personal device with a functioning camera, required for the Training Period
  • A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet)
  • A commitment to full attendance for the paid 3-week Training period
  • *Preferred Experience**

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be an asset. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish Bilingual skills, are also highly desirable.
