The Role

As a Virtual Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch live chat support to customers across various industries. Your primary goal will be to promptly address customer queries, resolve issues, and exceed expectations with professionalism and efficiency. You'll be working remotely, using your own device to access our clients' websites and social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts as needed
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
  • Work independently, managing your time effectively to meet productivity goals
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and support

Contract and Compensation:

* Contract length: No fixed term, with the opportunity to extend or terminate as needed

  • Rate: $35 per hour, paid for each hour worked
  • Hours per week: 5-40 hours, flexible to accommodate your schedule and availability

Requirements:

* Device with access to social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable internet connectivity
  • 5+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to adjust as needed
  • English language proficiency (English-speaking country preferred)
