Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
- Proficiency in computer navigation and software applications, including Google Chrome and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
