Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our night shift team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a high level of service quality. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in placing online orders: You will be responsible for providing customers with information and assistance to place their online orders successfully.
  • Providing support through phone calls: You will handle customer inquiries and concerns through inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support.
  • Processing payments securely: You will be responsible for processing customer payments securely and efficiently.
  • Proactively supporting customers and maintaining brand reputation: You will be expected to proactively support customers and maintain a high level of service quality, ensuring that our brand reputation is upheld.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues: You will be responsible for identifying and escalating priority issues to ensure that customers receive timely and effective support.
  • Collaborating with the team to improve customer support: You will work closely with our team to improve customer support processes and ensure that our customers receive exceptional experiences.
  • Maintaining and improving service quality: You will be responsible for maintaining and improving service quality, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
  • Work Experience: At least 6 months in customer support; call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates can apply.
  • Language: B2 level proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Customer service-oriented, active listening, and ability to handle inquiries professionally.

Technical Skills

To excel as a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following technical skills:

  • Typing speed: At least 40wpm with 90% accuracy.
  • Computer literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Call center experience: Previous experience in a call center environment is advantageous.
  • Customer service certifications: Certifications in customer service, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or the Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM), are a plus.
