Key Responsibilities

As a live chat support agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving technical issues through live chat on our website and social media platforms
  • Following program-specific guidelines to address customer requests and complaints
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and technical information to provide accurate and helpful responses
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance targets

  • Availability to work more than 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, or business) preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a live chat or social media support role

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products or services
  • Certification in customer service or technical support (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative or Certified Technical Support Specialist)
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English is the primary language for this role, but proficiency in other languages is a plus)
