Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Panelist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
- Sharing your honest opinions and experiences with our team through written and oral discussions
- Completing written surveys and providing feedback on products and services
- Using products and services provided by our sponsors and partners, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start times and being fully prepared to participate
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed below
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Experience

Compensation

- Automobile discussions (do you own, make payments, or lease your vehicle?)
