Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our Senior Principal Engineer and Director on our Customer Service Leadership Team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
  • Managing domestic and international travel, including coordinating itineraries, booking flights and hotels, and arranging transportation
  • Coordinating expense report submissions and ensuring timely completion of critical tasks
  • Organizing and executing team activities, including staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events
  • Ensuring the timely completion of critical tasks and following up on outstanding matters as a liaison for direct reports
  • Working closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
  • Helping to develop and maintain new mechanisms within the team

A Day in the Life

As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our leaders connect in a timely manner on the most pressing issues. You'll also help to ensure that our engineers feel connected to their work and continuously improve their technical skills by hosting in-person community and learning events. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:

  • Managing complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel
  • Organizing and executing team activities
  • Ensuring the timely completion of critical tasks
  • Working closely with the leadership team and other stakeholders to provide support to the organization

About the Team

You'll be part of a team that delivers the technology that powers arenaflex Customer Service. Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining the tools and products that champion the voice of the customer. As an Executive Assistant, you'll be working closely with our Senior Principal Engineer and Director to provide high-level administrative support and help to develop and maintain new mechanisms within the team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of senior-level leadership support experience, or 3+ years of experience working at arenaflex
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with Executive Level Calendar Management

Preferred Qualifications
