Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth package delivery. You will work closely with our regional facilities, customers, and delivery drivers to create an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chat support

  • Research and resolve customer issues related to package delivery, including troubleshooting and escalating as necessary
  • Document delivery flow into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely updates
  • Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery
  • Partner with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals

Requirements

To be a successful Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check
  • Ability to pass a skills assessment and training program

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or logistics environment

  • Experience with CRM software and data entry systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Familiarity with logistics and delivery operations
