The Role

As a Customer Experience Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing timely and effective support via live chat and email. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that every interaction is a positive one. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, using existing templates to respond to common queries, and collaborating with our team to provide seamless support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Use existing templates to respond to common queries, ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a polite and helpful manner
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless support and resolve complex issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection

  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed
