Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Chat Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients through our chat application. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Recommending technical solutions to customers, including troubleshooting issues, guiding customers through product features and functionalities, and assisting with technical difficulties.

Requirements
