Key Responsibilities
* Reservation Management: Book accommodations for clients, ensuring all details are accurate and tailored to their preferences
- Client Assistance: Provide personalized support before, during, and after their travels, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Booking and Coordination: Handle reservations for hotels, resorts, and other lodging options, including modifications and cancellations
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings
- Supplier Certifications: Obtain and maintain certifications with hotel suppliers to stay updated on the latest offers and promotions
- Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve booking issues to ensure client satisfaction
- Sales and Upselling: Recommend premium accommodations and additional services to enhance client experiences
