As a Customer Service Agent, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our clients and colleagues to provide an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner

  • Utilize software to manage reservations, customer information, and communicate with clients via Whatsapp
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with their experience
  • Log in and log off for each shift, ensuring accurate tracking of work hours
  • Communicate with colleagues, including the next agent on shift, to ensure a smooth transition and ensure that all necessary information is shared
  • Communicate ahead of time if unable to cover a shift or day, ensuring that arenaflex can make necessary arrangements
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling and reservation completion rates

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Proficiency in using software and technology to manage customer information and communicate with clients
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and overnights
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the private transportation industry or a similar field

  • Familiarity with software and technology used in customer service environments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of calls and customer interactions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and guidance

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
