Key Responsibilities

As a Translation Program Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the translation and localization of arenaflex content, ensuring that our customer service associates, delivery drivers, and customers receive high-quality support content in their native languages. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Receiving daily translation/localization requests from internal teams and stakeholders, and prioritizing projects based on business needs and deadlines.
• Creating and managing translation projects in the arenaflex Translation Management System (ATMS) by outsourcing to vendors, and coordinating project delivery timelines based on project volumes and translation/review process needs.
• Troubleshooting issues or questions regarding target audience, file type, and business requirements, and responding to linguistic queries from translation vendors.
• Requesting feedback from internal stakeholders and coordinating with vendors for implementation, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Using project management methodology, including risk management, to plan, scope, and deliver projects that meet the requirements of the business.

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Translation Program Specialist who can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have:

• A proven ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and processes, and demonstrated project management experience.
• The organizational discipline to track and manage work for several complex projects simultaneously, and a record of extraordinary attention to detail.
• A proven ability to make quick decisions in ambiguous situations, and strengths in Dive Deep and Learn and Be Curious.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and translation vendors.

Essential Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as translation, linguistics, or international business.
• At least 2 years of experience in translation program management, project management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, including risk management, and experience with translation management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and translation vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and make quick decisions in ambiguous situations.
