Job Summary

As a Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with our ground operations team to coordinate the movement of aircraft, baggage, and cargo, and will be responsible for resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with our ground operations team to coordinate the movement of aircraft, baggage, and cargo
• Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, using effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
• Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 70 pounds
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in the airline industry

• Experience working in a ramp or ground operations environment
• Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
• Ability to speak multiple languages
• Certification in customer service or a related field
