As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met with a smile.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling a wide range of inquiries and issues with professionalism, courtesy, and expertise. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to their problems. Key Responsibilities

The following are the fundamental elements of the job:

  • Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets
  • Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
  • Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
  • Perform traveler check-in and boarding tasks (excluding curbside), correct oversold seat tasks, and issue upgrades
  • Issue vouchers and direct with project workers for traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation; coordinate refuel and refresh
  • Perform traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/check
  • Work entryway reader/scanner and related duties to include pre-boarding, observing/checking carryon items and departure line models
  • Work jetways/spans for purposes of boarding and deplaning travelers
  • Make boarding and departure gate announcements
  • Convey domestic/international flight records
  • Perform traveler service flight close-out methods
  • Accept, check, and label travelers' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters
  • Maintain schedule of flight boarding process
  • Perform customer service hands-on training
  • Process and complete credit card baggage exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
  • Assist travelers with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage handling at ticket counters
  • Line up at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
  • Clear/confirm international records at booth in the ticket counter area and activation stations
  • Accept and activate travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations
  • Assist clients requiring special assistance or in-station; assist boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory travelers, special assistance travelers, or unaccompanied minors
  • Perform customer service work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements
  • Have standard and predictable attendance on location, including fulfilling any obligatory overtime requirements
  • Answer and assist during security and emergency situations
  • Provide interfacing traveler door information
  • Provide quality customer service in a professional manner and according to arenaflex's policies
  • Adhere to organization policies, procedures, and performance guidelines
  • Complete task relevant stages of training
  • Comply with applicable laws (e.g. DOT, FAA, TSA)
  • Utilize various internal resources/frameworks including during customer interactions
  • Wear uniform as required by organization policy

Depending on your airport size, you may also perform the following:

* Perform Traveler Activity Control capabilities including air to ground communication along with Peak capabilities

  • Help international travelers through customs/migration, including baggage re-check
  • Convey tickets, international flight reports, and customs/migration forms

All you'll need for success

* Least Capabilities + Education and Earlier Professional training + Bilingual language abilities expected in certain areas + Relevant valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Should meet FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access awards to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Should be able to obtain proper airport power as well as US Customs security identifications, if material + Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or potentially fingerprinting to meet organization and security requirements + Should be eligible to work in the U.S.

+ Training and Earlier Professional training + Working knowledge of Saber or other Traveler Service Framework + Past face-to-face Customer service experience
