Key Responsibilities

As a part-time retail sales associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing Exceptional Guest Service: Offer personalized product recommendations, handle transactions efficiently, and maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.
• Operating Point-of-Sale Systems: Accurately process sales transactions, handle cash, and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
• Maintaining Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our latest products and services, and provide expert recommendations to guests.
• Restocking and Inventory Management: Restock shelves, manage inventory, and ensure a visually appealing store display.
• Collaborating with Colleagues: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Retail Environment: Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for up to three hours at a time and lift heavy objects occasionally.
• Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of three days per week, including one weekend day, and be willing to work national/state holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous Experience in Retail or Sales Environments: Previous experience working in retail or sales environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Language Skills: Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on languages spoken by our international guests.
