Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing all invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Verifying GL Coding, Purchase Order creating, and routing as needed to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Receiving, stamping, and distributing incoming invoices for approval, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency
  • Electronic and paper filing of invoices processed as needed, adhering to arenaflex's document management policies
  • Assisting the Admin Office Manager with various duties, such as data entry, filing, and administrative tasks

Physical Requirements:

As a remote data entry clerk, you will spend most of your working day in a stationary position, operating a computer and other office productivity equipment. You may occasionally need to move around the office to access files or equipment. We require you to be able to:

  • Remain in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Occasionally move about inside the office
  • Operate a computer and other office productivity equipment with ease

Job Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in data entry, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • 10-key by touch proficiency (a plus, but not required)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with various office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a pre-placement drug/alcohol screen
