Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll be responsible for resolving routine problems and answering questions related to our products and services, while also providing a personalized experience that exceeds our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving routine issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with customers who speak Spanish and English
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace in your home, with a reliable internet connection and a smartphone
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- High-speed internet connection (no wireless, hotspots, or satellite) and a smartphone
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills in additional languages
