Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Analyst to join our team in Tampa, USA. As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop data-driven solutions. Your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and project management will enable you to drive business growth, optimize processes, and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct pre-and post-examination of client programs, business initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns to inform business decisions

• Investigate the execution of various pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing)
• Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models
• Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth
• Support the development and improvement of arenaflex tools to enhance financial targets based on top-line to bottom-line switches with continued development of value chain capabilities
• Model business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs/requirements
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and develop executive-level presentations and plans
• Perform other related and assigned duties

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations with a focus on analysis, modeling, or estimation
• Experience in Management Consulting or Engineering is highly desirable
• Strong Excel skills – pivot tables, VLookups, and data modeling
• Strong data analysis skills, including data visualization through Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
• Proficiency in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of Financial and Operating Statements
• Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Solid change management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to exhibit entrepreneurial thinking to drive growth in overall system benefits
• Commitment to continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL

• Measurable analysis using R or similar tool
• Knowledge of Edge Mind (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools
• Familiarity with SharePoint
• Functional understanding of selling, delivery, warehouse, production processes
• Project management or support experience
