Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining coverage to support business procedures and data-driven decision making
• Creating dashboards on Power BI and Excel to provide actionable insights
• Developing and managing data quality specifications and standards to ensure data integrity and accessibility
• Creating new data pipelines from source devices to the Data Warehouse
• Collaborating with Monitoring and Business Analysts to understand business needs, maintain complete records, and obtain business sign-offs for all reporting necessities
• Developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data architecture
• Utilizing data storytelling principles to create clear and impactful data visualizations using Power BI
• Helping to automate existing business processes and improve exception-based reporting
• Partnering with IT and business stakeholders to discover, analyze, and obtain new data variables (data mining)
• Evaluating large datasets to identify relevant patterns and provide actionable results
• Validating data for formality by verifying against requirements
• Researching data errors and remediating poor data
• Participating in the Data Governance program by updating the data dictionary and plan & methods
• Examining and validating metrics to ensure effectiveness and providing reviews to team leaders on areas that need attention

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in comprehensive data analysis

• Strong experience working with Power BI, including:

+ Dimensions, Solutions, Filters, Computed Fields, makeovers, parameters, conditional formatting, DAX queries, Interactions, etc.

• Knowledge of DAX, SQL, M Code
• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex SQL queries to create files and analytics
• Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Power BI Dataflows, or other Big Data integrations
• Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other procedures
• Problem-solving skills with statistical analysis and large data sets (highly preferable)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query

• Experience with Smartsheets
• Strong effort in the progression and timely completion of projects and deadlines
