Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat
- Addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with order processing, tracking, returns, and exchanges through our Shopify platform
- Utilizing NetSuite for managing order data, customer information, and inventory management
- Corresponding with customers through Microsoft Outlook to coordinate order-related issues and inquiries
- Monitoring and responding to customer reviews on platforms, including Amazon, to ensure positive customer experiences
- Troubleshooting product issues, guiding customers through product usage, and providing helpful tips
- Working closely with the fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent experience for all customers
- Weekend availability is required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of Amazon customer service experience (essential)
- Proficiency in Shopify, Microsoft Outlook, and NetSuite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be flexible with weekend availability
- Prior experience in an eCommerce or retail customer service role is preferred
