Responsibilities
As a Data Entry/Office Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including: ### Data Entry & Management
- Accurately enter and update data into various systems, databases, or spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity by reviewing and correcting data as needed.
- Organize and maintain electronic files for easy access and retrieval, utilizing cloud-based software and project management tools to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient office operations, communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
### Administrative Support
- Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and other office software to enhance productivity.
- Support the team in daily office operations, including managing emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
### Document Handling
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes, ensuring timely and secure delivery of documents and materials.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
