Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content Group. As a key member of our team, you'll apply advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, identify new opportunities, and enhance our content portfolio. Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
- Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content launch and episode release strategies
- Test and optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI procedures
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python programming languages
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques (e.g., decision trees, regression, clustering)
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
