Responsibilities:

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to members of a Medicare Advantage plan, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Demonstrating a strong dedication to empathy, using active listening skills to hear members and their concerns, and exhibiting a genuine interest in their well-being.
  • Documenting calls accurately and thoroughly, reflecting each interaction with the members and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Meeting and exceeding contact center targets for call management, quality, and adherence to schedule, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Escalating calls when necessary to the next level, ensuring that members receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner.

Operational Hours:

Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm EST, with varying shifts available within these hours. During open enrollment, our operation hours will change to include weekends as part of the work shift.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid customer service.
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of QNXT.
  • Member Service knowledge, HIPAA, Claims, and Provider Services knowledge.
  • A high school graduate or GED, with a 2-4 year undergraduate degree or certificate being a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in using dual monitors, multiple applications, and phone simultaneously, with strong keyboard skills and accuracy in data entry.

  • Proficiency in using QNXT and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • An hourly rate of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications.
  • Eligibility for arenaflex's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of arenaflex's applicable plans.
