Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Entry Level professional with at least 1 year of experience, you'll be responsible for providing online support to customers through web chat services, resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, and collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers.
Responsibilities
