Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency
• Understanding and identifying customs documentation, including customs declarations and other relevant documents
• Transposing customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system, ensuring the build of a valid customs declaration
• Verifying documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, adhering to regulations and guidelines
• Providing excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance at all times to regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism
• Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, contributing to the team's overall performance and success

Qualifications

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, logistics, or supply chain management
• Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
