Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and satisfactory manner, demonstrating a customer-centric attitude and a commitment to resolving issues efficiently.
  • Providing product information, features, and benefits to customers, showcasing our energy solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed, ensuring seamless transaction management and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Documenting customer interactions using our CRM software, maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights for process improvement.

Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and complex customer issues.
  • A strong customer service mindset, with a customer-centric attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
