Job Overview
As an E-File Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and email. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and meet common goals. This is a remote position, but you must be located in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise
- Complete additional projects as assigned
- Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all documents filed
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and meet deadlines
Qualifications
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- Tech experience is strongly preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- Starting pay: $14.00 to $18.00 per hour

Schedule
