Job Summary

As a Sales and Solutions (S&S) Video Chat Specialist in our Disability Access Service (DAS) department, you will play a critical role in assisting Guests with disabilities to plan and book their visits to our parks and resorts. You will provide support and guidance to Guests through video chat, helping them to navigate our services and make the most of their experience. Your expertise and knowledge of our products and services will enable you to provide personalized solutions to meet the unique needs of each Guest.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional Guest Service through video chat, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to Disability Access Service (DAS)

  • Assist Guests with disabilities to plan and book their visits to our parks and resorts, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Utilize your knowledge of our products and services to provide personalized solutions to meet the unique needs of each Guest
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that Guests receive comprehensive support and guidance throughout their visit
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our services and products
  • Work collaboratively with other Cast Members to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in sales and service, preferably in a customer service or contact center environment

  • Strong knowledge and interest in arenaflex property, products, and services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with Guests with disabilities or in a similar role

  • Knowledge of accessibility services and accommodations
  • Familiarity with video chat platforms and software
  • Experience working in a contact center or customer service environment
  • Certification in Guest Service or a related field
