Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. These include:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
