What You'll Do
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative - Remote (Healthcare), you'll be responsible for:
- Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Helping customers with healthcare needs, such as understanding benefits, claims, billing inquiries, authorizations, finding new providers, and more
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
- Offering additional products and/or services
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of call center experience
- Experience in a healthcare-related field or benefits/insurance organization (preferred)
- Open availability (as this client is open 24/7)
- A high school diploma or GED
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
